1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or using the ZivBit Customer App, Partner App, or website (zivbit.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. 10-Minute On-Demand Service Scope

ZivBit operates a hyperlocal technology dispatch platform connecting consumers with independent verified service professionals across Bengaluru dark store hubs.

3. Service Start OTP & Safety

All service bookings require customer authentication via a 4-digit Service Start OTP generated within the customer application. Work commences only upon valid OTP submission.

4. Payments & Cancellation

Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Net Banking). Standard cancellation policies apply as displayed in-app prior to booking confirmation.

5. Partner Code of Conduct

Service partners are certified independent contractors undergoing police verification and professional training. Partners must adhere strictly to professional standards, hygiene protocols, and ethical conduct.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
